Dr Baldev Singh Jutla was a highly respected, award-winning professional and a deeply loved family man.  He had many talents that he used to the full and his enthusiasm for life was infectious.  His professional and business accomplishments speak for themselves but it is his inherent goodness that is the most powerful memory for all those who met and knew him.  "He was such a good man..." is a phrase that you hear over and over again in any conversation about Baldev.  He was a force for good in all the circles he was involved in; professional, family, community and society.  The loss in all domains of his involvement will be felt for years to come.

Brain cancer was first diagnosed in Baldev in October of last year.  Despite the best conventional medical care and the heroic efforts of his wife Nina to exhaust every conventional and unconventional option available, Baldev succumbed to this awful disease within seven months.  It is our hope that medical research in this area will lead to better outcomes and therefore we ask for your support in this modest effort to increase the resource available for this purpose.
