I have run the Great Manchester Run 5 times and I am going for a personal best this year! (I actually go for a personal best every year!!)

I am trusting that by raising money for a charity close to my heart it will help me to raise my game. 

Once you have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's there is no turning back. I am just grateful that we caught my Dad's diognois early so that medication could slow down the process to enable the whole family, including Amy and Tom and his 9 grandchildren, to still enjoy special time with him.
