Story

HEY I'M PIPPY

In March 2014, I had my first big hip operation. I had hip dysplasia, which means the sockets and balls of my hips didn't fit together. I found walking very difficult and painful. I had the second operation in September 2014. Both of these operations meant I was on crutches for about 3 months afterwards. Now I have had both ops, my walking isn't painful but I've had to learn how to walk again. I have had lots of physio to help my legs get strong again and now I am doing 5k race for life as my goal!  :) <3

I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year. Please join the fight by digging deep and sponsoring me - it's quick, easy and totally secure (yay!).

Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring me, we will beat cancer sooner (yay!).

Don't forget to add Gift Aid <3

If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no extra cost to you.

Sponsor me now, and help me show cancer that hell hath no fury like a Pippy in pink!
