I am taking part in the Dublin2Sunderland Challenge - cycling 380 miles starting in Dublin, cycling up the cost of Ireland and Northern Ireland, accross to Stranrear in Scotland (by ferry!), accross Scotland to Dumfries, down to Carlisle then accross England to Sunderland.

I am raising funds for SAFC Foundation of Light who do fantastic work throughout the North East with young poeople and families, giving learning opportunities to those out of education, getting people back in to employement and offering sporting chances to people with disabilities, amongst other things.
