As many of you know my identical twin sister, Charlie, has suffered with anorexia nervosa for close to 10 years now. By running the London marathon and raising money, my sister Annie and myself aim to increase awareness of this disease so that others can realise the seriousness of it and to enable others to receive the help they need to avoid being caught up in the devasting grip of both anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders.
