Poplar Shahjalal is raising money for Poplar Shahjalal Masjid
Story
As-Salaamu Alikum
Jazak Allah for visiting Poplar Shahjalal Masjid's JustGiving page. As you are aware the Masjid is now currently going through its final development phase for a 2 storey purpose built building to serve the local and wider community of Poplar, London.
The Masjid being the oldest in Poplar and one of the oldest in this part of London has been deprived of basic amenities to serve the locaility. Alhamduillah with your dua's the current depalilated porta cabins which has been serving the local users for over 25 years was dismantle and digging begun on the purpose built development.
As of March 2016 the construction s nearly 80% complete, all external work have been achieved and now work has begun on finishing off the inside of the masjid. We are hoping well before Ramadhan 2016 the Masjid and the community centre is utlilised by the whole community.
We urgently need your kind support, donations and dua's to make sure the work can be completed on time in order for us to use the Masjid during Ramadhan in 2016.
We kindly ask all brothers and sisters to make generous donations so this mission can be achieved.
