It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.

Story

We are a team of 8 who will be relay running as many 10km laps as we can manage in 24 hours to help raise funds for the 'Poppy Fields Appeal' for Birmingham Children's Hospital. Poppy Guilder has been fighting a brain tumour for most of her lives & research is needed to help her & the many other children who are diagnosed every day. Poppy's mom, dad & auntie are in the team and Poppy herself wants to complete a lap! Please support us!!! Thank you!!!

POPPY FIELDS APPEAL: Poppy Guilder is a 12-year-old girl who has been fighting a brain tumour since she was just 14-months-old, enduring 4 brain surgeries, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Her family have supported BCH in its quest to save the lives of children with brain tumours for 11 years, and have raised over £220,000 so far.

You can read Poppy's story on her website: www.poppyfieldsbch.co.uk

Please sponsor us and help us to help children with brain tumours like Poppy.
