As some of you know (& who may know my story) l'm passionate about empowerment & self belief. It's something that I've learnt & therefore believe in spreading, encouraging & passing onto others wherever I can - the power to believe in yourself. I'm also a big believer in energy & thoroughly believe that the struggles we grow through, the things we learn, the things we experience happen so that we can pass on the learnings & use them positively to help others. 

As a mentor at The Girls Network Charity, which work to provide a mentor programme to young girls in underprivileged areas, I am SO EXCITED to announce that I'll be hosting a private Ride at Psycle London in which 100% of the proceeds will be directly donated to The Girls’ Network where we will be able to use the money raised to positively impact vulnerable girls across the UK!!!
