The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I am a dad, project manager and wine drinker. I am also a commuter. By peddle cycle. I am not a real cyclist. I recently started clipping my shoes into my pedals again and am frightened every day by London traffic. I have genuinely had a recent nightmare about repeating my embarrassing falling-over-at-slow-speed-in-front-of-London-bus-while-clipped-into-pedals-getting-a-round-of-applause moment...

I need all the encouragement, financial and otherwise, that you can spare.

I am doing this for the Prince's Trust but also in memory of my best mate and housemate who would have relished such a challenge ... he's probably laughing at me for picking such an easy challenge and not walking the Appalachian Trail or something. (I'll think about it Dan but let me work on my dad-bod a little first)
