I'm completing Trailwalker - it's 100 km non stop over the South Downs. 

I'm spectacularly ill prepared but I'm going to give it my best shot and try and get round in 20 hours. It's for an awesome cause - the Gurkha Welfare Trust - as many of you know over 25 years the wonderful Gurkhas of Nepal have been close to my heart and as they still struggle to recover from the earthquakes they need all the help they can to rebuild schools and communities.  Most of the worst hit places are the villages from which we recruit Gurkhas so this cause goes straight to their welfare.  Please help.  Thanks!
