Thanks for coming over.

For a guy that never seems to find it necessary to run for a bus, I've decided that as an excuse for a new pair of trainers I'll run 13.2 miles on Sept 19th 2010 and take part in the Bupa Great North Run.

Why do you ask?.... I'm not sure, but all donations go to Marie Curie Cancer Care, so besides the aches and pains at least some good will come out of my efforts.

Dig deep and donate now and as they say "every little helps"
