Rachel and Rebecca are taking part in Three Peaks Challenge on 15-17 May 2009. Seemed like a good idea at the time when Rachel was asked to join her  colleagues from the NHS CFH EPS team. 

We will walk up and down the highest peak in England (Scafell Pike), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and Wales (Snowdon). Sounds easy doesn't it  - 26 miles, 3 Mountains, 430 miles in between, and all in 36 hours!
