We made it! 

Back home safely after probably one of the best experiences of our lives.  It was really challenging but amazing at the same time.  It was 8 days of hard work, no showers & toilets but the good news is we made it to the top & back down in one piece!  In fact our entire group of 8 made it to the top & back with really hardly any injuries / illness thank goodness. 

A massive thank you for those who have donated to Honeypot, this money raised will make a huge difference to many little lives and for that we are so grateful.

The Challenge = Mount Kilimanjaro - Height 5895m

Climb commences 27 December along the Shira route.  For every meter I climb I hope to raise £0.10 for Honeypot a fantatsic charity that gives disadvantaged children something to smile about. 

So COME ON, help me to help them!

£5,000 pays for 12 children to have a week long holiday in a safe, friendly environment and £1,000 supports a child for a year, £4,000 supports a child from 5-12 through their whole Honeypot journey, £90 pays for 3 Playbus visits to the child's community .  For more info go to www.honeypot.co.uk .
