Hi i’m Reece, a stuffed racoon. I’m asking for your help to raise money for Young Carers Bristol and in turn raise me into the air using the wonders of helium. Funds made by the sales of my pin badges will buy helium air tanks to fill the balloons needed to lift me up into the air, all for your entertainment and for a good cause.

From my calculations I need approximately 150 balloons to cope with the weight of my furry being. I do have a fear of heights but step by step, the staircase in my house has become a good practice ground. 

It’s going to be a challenge but with your help I believe I can make it to higher places. This will be the highest that I’ve ever been, and I want you all to see me soar. The sky is the limit.

Young Carers is part of Carers Support Centre, an independent registered charity for carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. 

Carers Support Centre provides services for carers of all ages. This includes a confidential telephone support line, one-to-one support and Carers' groups, activities for carers to take some time out, short breaks and training.

The Young Carers service provides helps and supports children aged 8-18, their families and professionals working with young carers.
