Half Marathon number 2! With even fewer toenails present than before, this body is going to grace the land of Shakespeare. Through the driving rain, a 7.30am start, I cant think of a more sublime start to a Sunday!

I have chosen to run for Medecins Sans Frontieres, an independent international medical humanitarian organisation that delivers aid in more than 60 countries. They offer assistance to people based only on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
