On a recent family outing we came across a number of people that were sleeping rough. Later that day our kind amazing son came to me holding his piggy bank and had decided he wanted to give his money to help “the poor” as he put it. 

We had a long conversation about lots of people that are less fortunate than us this Christmas and what Finley could do to help raise some money to help people in crisis situations. 

Finley wanted to climb Everest....but we settled on the Wrekin instead. 

He has decided that he will raise money for the black county food bank, so as “everyone will get a Christmas dinner” as he put it.... we can but hope....
