It is with great sadness I've had to set up this page in Simon's memory.

For those of you who don't know, Simon was diagnosed with cancer in June 2015 and was treated at Bexley Wing St James's University Hospital in Leeds. 

He gave it everything he had, but he lost his battle 12th May 2016.

We have been overwhelmed with the love and support we have received over the past 11 months and we can't speak highly enough of the staff at the hospital and the work they do on a daily basis.

He requested that he would prefer donations to be made to the Yorkshire cancer centre, where the money raised will go back into the hospital where he was well looked after.
