Behind every photograph and every laugh, is a story. From moments of anxiety, to an ongoing underlying depression. No one is alone.

And this January, I’m going to get up and about, running every day, in London’s cold and rain. And it will be well worth it. Raising awareness for mental health charity, Mind. End the stigma around mental health. 

In memory of those we know have suffered and their families. And those we don’t. 

We know that one in four will be affected by mental illness at some point in their life and that 9 out of 10 people say that their problems are made worse by experiencing stigma and discrimination.

So here I am, telling mental health where to stick it, running out in the cold. Every. Day. Thermals at the ready. I’m Red-y.
