Okay so I have been lucky enough to get a place for this year’s Flora London Marathon.

My mission is simple enough, lose 28 lbs and gain £1,000.   Your donations will benefit “Help for Heroes,” a fine charity, for those not familiar with it an explanation is outlined below.

I could really do with some quality “tunes” to keep motivated whilst running so any ideas gratefully received.

As you can see from the picture I am happy to run in Fancy Dress if any Corporate Sponsors fancy making an offer!
