You know my story. It's probably very similar to yours. Someone you love is gone, and now you have to get used to that feeling of missing someone, not because you can't see them right now, but because you will never see them again (at least, not in a way that you can currently understand).
I run to get away from those feelings, or at least as a way of processing them, and because inhaling fresh air pushes all the bad stuff out...all the stuff like stress and anxiety and grief...the stuff that makes people unwell...
I may as well raise some money while I do it ey? x
