Our little girl, Sienna, was born on the 30th of June 2011.  6 months later, we found out that she had a rare genetic disorder that, we would ultimately learn, would impact upon every aspect of her being.

Despite her condition, Sienna was a beautiful, fun loving girl and regardless of how much she might have been suffering, always had a smile and a cuddle for everyone - even complete strangers!

There is very little information available out there for rare chromosome disorders, yet, 1 in 200 babies are affected by a similar condition to that Sienna suffered from.

We lost Sienna on the 2nd of April and we are still waiting for the post mortem results.  We do not believe her passing to be related to her disorder, however, Unique provided us with plenty of information and support when times were tough.
