Story
Suki sadly passed away on Sunday 30th July, after her long battle of Melanoma.
The Childhood Cancer Trust (CHECT) supports children, who are diagnosed with Retinoblastoma (RB) and their families. This invaluable social, psychological and financial support is from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. The charity raises awareness of the signs of RB with the public, GPs and opticians. It also finds research into the genetics of RB, it’s treatments, long term effects of reduced, limited or no vision and secondary cancers.
This charity is especially important to Suki and her family due to it being fundamental in helping a close family member through her diagnosis and recovery.
We would like to thank everyone for the love and support we have all received, especially caring for Suki over her final weeks in her Beloved Cornwall.
