When I was 6, Dad nearly died of a large Stroke. He was just 38. Thankfully because of the amazing care he received and the support of the Chelmsford Stroke club, of which he was a founder member, he lived until June 2019. I wanted to do something in 2020 to remember him but we all know what happened. 

Sadly the Stroke club closed early this year. Another casualty of the pandemic. 

Thankfully, I was directed by the previous CEO of the stroke club to make contact with Headway who provide Brain injury care and support across Essex. https://www.headwayessex.org.uk/
