Story
Dear Friends
To those of you who supported me when I ran in the Adida's Women's Challenge thank you very much.
On May 24th, the Maccabi Community Fun Run will be taking place, and the JDA will be one of the participating charities. It has been my responsibility to put together a team of runners, and I am proud to say that we have over 20 people on our team!
The JDA is the only organisation in the UK with services and facilities geared especially for deaf and deafblind Jewish people. It provides welfare services and outreach to elderly deaf people who communicate with sign language. It also supplies support and counselling for parents whose newborn baby has been diagnosed as deaf and help for the ever-growing number of people (of any religion) with age related hearing loss.
You can find out more about JDA by visiting www.jewishdeaf.org.uk.
I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me on this run by making a donation (even a small one) to the JDA.
Thank you very much. Love, Reva
