Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

During Swansea University Faith Week 2015 I will be taking part in 'Faith in Action' which is going to be a fun Multi-Faith exercise event.  All faiths will take turns doing 10 mins on different exercise machines, whilst yours truly will do his best to complete 2 hours non stop on a rowing machine.  Why are we doing this you may ask? That's easy to explain we want to raise as much as we can for Diabetes Research.
