Race for Life London - Alexandra Palace 2011 · 31 July 2011 ·

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

We are running 5k in Alexandra Palace on 31st July. We're doing this because cancer sucks and we'd all like it to go away now please!!

We are motivated and inspired by the incredible Sara Hewett and her remarkable resolve in her ongoing battle with cancer. She has demonstrated such strength and positivity and has been truly inspirational in her outlook; so much so that even some of the most unlikely candidates in Mulberry Place have been moved to dig out our trainers and RUN!!!

So please dig deep and sponsor us online – it’s quick, easy and totally secure...

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us now you can help more people survive cancer...

Gift Aid it!

If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you..

Every pound you donate really does make a difference – so please sponsor us now!.

Many thanks for your support. Together we will beat cancer.
