I have now been running the Race for Life for 10 years now and this year has never been so poignant as my beloved
JOHN is no longer here with us ,but i know he will be with me every step of the way shouting "come on Doll you can do it!"
on Sunday 7th June in Glasgow as he was at ALL 9 years before,and he ALWAYS had a CHEER and a BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE for EVERY ONE of theFANTASTIC girls who run and raise money for this DEDICATED charity.
i would also like to mention the very brave women i know, that i will also be running for, who have BEATEN this and who are GOING to beat this, my own mum BettyBrennan,my best friend Linda Jamieson my sister-in-law Mo Ramsay and Mrs Anna Mchugh, all very special ladies!
