You guys out there know last year was awful, and my Mum died of cancer, and that an ugly and spiteful disese has deprived me, my family and all our friends of a vibrant, dynamic, challenging, intelligent gourmand. We miss her, and are determined to do what we can to stop this happening to other people!!

And those who know me, know that I hate, and I mean HATE, running, so this whole  schlepping along the pavement thing is totally agianst my nature...
