When i was very young we used to visit my cousins in wales. My uncle rick was always doing cool things and one day he showed me his marathon medals. I thought he was a super hero. A few years later he sadly lost a battle with Cancer.  

Now im old (ish), myself and my mum + her partner have all had and still having issues with cancer. i also realise how hard a marathon actually is and  having  been so reckless with my health in my previous life  im gonna get our family its first marathon medal since the 80’s and hopefully inspire the next generation. If u can donate something it would be amazing 🙏
