training started last week: it seems that reading the 'how to be a marathon runner' book and prancing around in my running tights in the kitchen is not going to be enough. so i've been out in the rain on bodmin moor getting some miles under my belt (a bit larger than normal cos of christmas!) thanks for your help

well its the middle of march now and i've done a couple of 19-milers and 20 miles of moorland misery to go this weekend, i have lost a couple of nails and gained a lot of blisters, but i'm hanging in there.
