As many of you will know, our son George was born premature, weighing in at just over 4lbs. I'm delighted to say he is now a normal, healthy 20 month old bundle of mischief, and has just today been signed off by Alder Hey as needing no further check-ups.

What we learnt is that not everyone is as lucky, and if we are able to help in a small way any other families who have been through the worry of seeing their child in intensive care, then this is the least we should do.
