Ride b4 You Can Walk presents - THE UK TRIP

13 DAYS | 2300 MILES | SIX RIDERS | 1 DRIVER

Wish us luck, donate and ride with us! Join us on the 24th May 2014 at 10am on Finchingfield Village Green, Essex where we will be leaving for our 13 day motorcycle trip around the UK.

We anticipate a good rider turn-out and welcome everybody to ride with us on the initial part of our trip. We will be leaving Finchingfield at 12 mid-day sharp, heading for the A14 North of Cambridge, so there will be at least 30 minutes of twisty bends!

We are raising donations and awareness for the Essex Air Ambulance Trust. We will be collecting donations on the day as well as through our Just Giving page. Any support you can give to the team will be greatly appreciated and going to a really worthy cause as they work miracles and save lives on a daily basis!

Raising donations and awareness for the Essex Air Ambulance is especially important to one of the riders In the group as three years ago, he relied on the excellent service the team provide in a real life emergency. Adam came off his motorcycle and subsequently had broken his left femur. The crew were quick to respond and the team of doctors gave Adam the vital care he needed at the track side.

THE ROUTE

We have based our route around two major points in the UK, John O'Groats and Land's End which were the foundation for the route we have today. We knew that we wanted to explore Scotland, the Lake District, Wales and Cornwall. Taking all of this in to account, a loop around the UK began to unfold.
