4 mates, 2 approaching 50 and 2 are over 50. Some of us exercise a lot, some of ride a lot, some of us play tennis a lot and then some of us eat a lot! This is going to be interesting, 3hrs on a spinning bike doing the London to Brighton 54 mile challenge. We have asked for oxygen to be provided! We are doing this for close personal friends connected to the Aims2cure and Multiple Sclerosis. We know everyone is inundated with these types of requests, but we are asking you to dig deep and support us. Social media coverage will be on Instagram of the event!
