Crohn's disease is often forgotten about or not known as well as other diseases, but is an incredibly painful one all the same.

Not being able to digest food without immense pain due to ulcers in the small and large intestines is horrible and the money we raise together will go towards more medical research into helping to combat this horrible illness!
