Following the success of last years UK trip, I thought it was time to travel abroad and seek pastures new.  Most people would choose a warm climate to spend their holidays, my choice was Ireland.

With family and friends we will be cycling from the northern tip at Malin Head down through the centre of the country to Mizen Head in the south.  Over six days we will cover over 400 miles and optimistically anticipate a slight headwind from the Atlantic and the occasional shower (hahaha).

Keeping the training up for these journeys demands a lot of time, but the effort is well worth the return.  Please note, we never set out to make this ride a "charity" event.  If you do however want to show your support then THANK-YOU for donating to a charity close to our hearts.
