Having successfully completed (well reached the end) of the Bupa London 10k, I am now going to do the Bupa Great South Run in October.  This is 10 miles so I will have to step up the training.  I want to get at least £500 for the NSPCC so please give a little or a lot for a good cause (and also to see more embarassing photos like the one on the left)
