When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.

Story

I am retired and  volunteer for the Stroke Association, doing Blood Pressure and Stroke prevention talks at events in London.
.I was a Paramedic in the Ambulance Service and saw the devastating effects of Stroke.

Please help us  continue our work. High Blood Pressure is the Biggest Risk Factor For Stroke!
