Cancer Charity Tour - France · 15 October 2005

Each day in the UK five families are told their child has cancer or leukaemia. From that moment on their lives will never be the same again. Most children will survive, some will die, but the scars on every family will remain. CLIC's role is to try and help these children and their families cope and keep life as normal as possible. It offers an all-embracing approach including practical hands-on care, clinical services, financial and emotional support. CLIC has joined together with Sargent Cancer Care for Children to become the UK’s leading children’s cancer charity.

Story

Welcome and thank you for visiting my fundraising page for CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading children's cancer charity, providing care and support for young people with cancer and their families.

The challenge to ride solo the route of the 2006 Tour de France is over, and what an adventure. You can find a report of the ride together with plenty of photos at www.cancercharitytour.com

There is still time to support this fundraising by a donation or pledge and please let others know about the event.
