Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

I am running the Wollaton Park 10k on Saturday 14th June 2014 for Cancer Research UK. This is a terrifying concept, as I am usually only prepared to run if I am being chased by something hungry with large sharp teeth. However, I was asked to do this by my friend Sian, who actually has cancer, and who wanted to run alongside me. 

Unfortunately chemo is getting the better of Sian, and she's conserving her energy for trying to get better, so in her place a couple of my close friends have stepped up to join me. Dave Carlill, Andy Walker and I will therefore be putting aside our natural laziness and aversion to exercise to try and raise some money for a good cause.

Cancer has affected my family, my wife's family and far too many of our friends. We are hoping to raise £1000 in total, which is ambitious, so please give as generously as you can.
