Last month, I received the devastating news that my most adored Grandad had sadly passed away. He was a gentle, funny and most importantly selfless man, who left his mark on everybody he knew. He will always be a hugely important part of my life, and I cannot express the deep loss felt at this time. I feel so blessed to have years of warm memories with such an inspirational and loving man.

Pulmonary fibrosis is a fatal and complex disease, that sadly took my Grandad from us. One of the most important things I have taken from such a heartbreaking experience is the motivation to make him proud. Therefore, on the 21st of July I will be participating in the Virgin Sport 10k Run in order to raise money for Action For Pulmonary Fibrosis. I feel so passionate to fundraise for a cause that stands so close to my heart, to help support those who suffer and fund life saving research.
