For those of you who know us you will realise that Cancer is a cause close to both of us so this year we have decided to team up and do Pretty Muddy to raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research.

This past couple of years have been tough and this is our way of doing something to make a difference. Please give as much or as little as you can - it does make a difference. Also words of encouragement with the training wouldn't go a miss!!!!

Finally - no one tell Sophie what it really is. I have promised her a spa like mud treatment..........
