In May 2008 I will be cycling approx. 540miles across France over 7 days. Starting near Cherbourg and finishing at Lourdes (hopefully!). To add to this challenge it turns out that its the Manchester 10k 2 days after getting back! Great!

I have chosen the British Heart Foundation as my sponsor for a couple of reasons, the first being a friend of mine was vey ill recently and in his words it was a mirale that he survived and secondly my own family has a history of heart problems. So I would be very grateful if you could support this cause.
