I've made the decision to be fitter when I'm 40 (March 9th 2011) than I was when I was 30.  And I was fitter at 30 than I was at 20 so it's almost like I'm getting younger eh?! 

How lucky am I though? Hence my choice of charity that's very close to my heart. Thank you for supporting me in running further than I would normally drive on a Sunday!

I completed the run in a little over 2 1/2 hours and really enjoyed it. The fact I raised so much for the MS Society due to your generousity was such a bonus.
