On Sunday the 30th September I will be taking part in Tough Mudder, a 10 mile assault course, filled with mud, ice water, enclosed spaces and much more, you can get an idea by watching this video

A week later, Sunday 7th October, I'll be running the Bournemouth half marathon.

This is all to raise money and awareness for 1 Dog at a Time Rescue UK, an amazing charity who rescue, care for and rehome the street dogs from Romania.

These dogs come in all shapes, sizes and ages. Some have been the victims of the up most cruelty, others are lucky enough to come to their shelter, Happy Tails, as young puppies.

We need continued funds to carry on bringing these wonderful dogs from despair to loving care....
