Well I've deliberately left it to the last minute.  I figured that if you see that I am running next weekend, you will donate NOW, and nor put it on the never-ending to-do list.

You know what a fat slob I am, and how I have never ever run 10 miles.  In fact when at school i always got away with being a marshall rather than running any cross country runs.   For the last 3 years I have been telling patients to do more exercise and felt like a hippocrite (NB the  source of the word is hippocrates)

So here I am doing the 10 mile run.  My grandfather had alziemers and I remember at the age of 11 really not understanding and in fact probably confusing him more.  So here i am trying to do my bit.

If you've seen me recently you'll know I have been struggling with foot injuries, the flu, lower wisdom tooth extraction etc.  So you know I'll deserve every bit of sponsorship.
