I'm taking part in the Great North Run 2016, running with the superb, inimitable and revered Adam 'Golders' Goldwater.  We're both born athletes, so expect a world class performance.

We're raising money for the Tiny Lives Trust.

The Tiny Lives Trust is a registered charity that helps to care for premature and sick newborn babies, their mothers and families in the Special Care Baby Unit of the Newcastle Neonatal Service.

The fund aims to provide the highest quality of care on an ongoing basis and needs to raise at least £250,000 every year to support a range of facilities, staff, and equipment.

It's a great cause, so please please give generously.
