Towards the end of last year our worlds were rocked by the horrendous news of our best mate Danny passing away.

Through the tragic news came a realisation to us all that society puts too much pressure on people with everyone constantly comparing our lives through social media, pressure to get a good career, house and other material items. Although it's important to have the ambition and motivation to follow our dreams, we should not take for granted the little things that made us who we are along the way, our friends and family. That was summed up by Danny, he loved the small things, his long walks, reading the newspaper, dogs, football, family and he never compared himself to anyone. 

Together we are looking to raise money for Mind. They aim to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem and also raise awareness and promote understanding regarding mental health.

Danny was such a huge part of our lives and we all experienced growing up together. Given that Danny was such an avid Liverpool fan and their motto being "You'll Never Walk Alone", it seems fitting that we do our bit for a charity that can help prevent circumstances like this happening.
