Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. It's true, James Dungate is dressing as an enourmous vegitarian vampire duck and running around for charity at the Superhero run on June 13th - apparently, just working for it isn't enough anymore!

Finally - I realise that this is not an epic feat of endurance. It is a very unfit man jogging around in a stupid outfit, trying to make the world a tiny bit better. So don't get sneery. Don't say "oh its only 5k, I can't be bothered/he hasn't earnt it". You are all good for a couple of pounds, so cough it up ;-)
