Story

I know how lonely and scary living with a mental health illness can be. Mental health is a subject that needs to be openly spoken about more and more. The taboo needs to be broken and more support and understanding needs to be given.

I have friends and family who also live with mental health illnesses and I have in the past sadly said goodbye to those that no longer wanted to suffer.

I want to support as many people as I can who live with a mental health illness and this is why I am raising money for the mental health charity, Sane.

The reality is, is that we all are affected by mental health in one way or another. It could be yourself or a loved one. Perhaps a colleague at work.

I want to raise £500 to donate to Sane, a fantastic mental health charity as well as raising awareness.

Any support would be phenomenal

Thank you :)
