The nation’s leading first aid charity. Every year, more than 400,000 people learn how to save a life through our training programmes. Our volunteers provide first aid in their communities and thanks to them fewer lives will be lost needlessly. Raise money. Help save lives. Be the difference.

Story

One of the biggest influences and role models in my life is my uncle, Dato Dr Low Bin Tick. Not only is he everything one could wish for in an uncle, he is also Chairman and Commander in Chief of St John’s Ambulance Malaysia, having recently celebrated 20 years in the role. In 1998, he was honoured by the Queen with an OBE for his work. Since I can remember I have been aware of the amazing work not only that he does, but that St John’s does worldwide.

I will be running the London Marathon on 26 April 2015. I have decided to run in aid of St John’s in order to support the brilliant work they do, and as a tribute to my uncle. It would mean the world to me if you could help me in this cause and donate, no matter how small a donation you can afford.
